Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Combating Terrorist Financing (CTF)

  • Enforces a strict sanctions policy aligned with OFAC, OFSI, AMSA, DFAT, EU, and Paris PSC MoU requirements.

  • Screens and reviews all business partners to ensure no dealings with sanctioned or restricted entities or individuals.

Prohibition of Forced Labor, Child Labor & Human Trafficking

  • Maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor.

  • Ensures all employees are of legal working age, following ILO, MLC, and local regulations.

  • Verifies supplier compliance and raises awareness to prevent and address labor-related risks.
